Job Description
Our client in the hygiene industry requires Service Desk Advisor
You will be required to handle telephonic enquirers, identify client needs and ultimately provide outstanding customer service in a timorous and accurate manner.
Follow up on pending payments from clients and share feedback with accounts team.
Make reconciliations of outstanding debts
Prerequisite / Duties
- Excellent telephone manner
- Assist with debt collection on accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
You need the following:
- Diploma in Business management/related
- Excellent skills in communication
- Matric
- Customer Service call centre experience
- Computer literate with good typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
