Our Client, Real Estate Company specializing in sale of Land and houses seeks to recruit an experienced Lady Sales Executive who can work with minimal supervision.
Job Summary
- Profiling of target customers
- Developing database of potential customers
- Making prospecting telephone calls
- Conducting visits to target property
- Making telephone follow ups for land sales to signing of sale agreement
- Managing relationships with existing customers
Job Requirements
- A Diploma in Business field or Land related field
- Very presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Training in sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in property sales and have big network of potential clients.
Remuneration: A starting Salary of 25,000 with commission for finalized property sales.
