We are seeking to recruit a qualified Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communication team.
He/She must have creative flair and proven graphic design experience, up to date knowledge of industry software and professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Key Responsibility is to offer creative design solutions with high visual impact for Car & General (Kenya) Limited.
Qualifications:
In order to qualify for consideration for the above position, the applicant should have the following:
- A holder of National Diploma in Graphic Design
- Certificate in Electronic Publishing (DTP)
- A working experience of 5 years in a similar position
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A creative and innovative individual
- Must be a person of integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Illustrating concepts by designing layout considering arrangement, size, style and related aesthetic concepts for websites, advertising, magazines, packaging, corporate communications promotional materials among others.
- Co-ordinate with outsider agencies – printers, advertisers, photographers, copywriters among others.
- Meeting clients to discuss requirements of the job
- Planning concepts by studying information and materials
- Working with a wide range of media, for example photography and computer aided design.
