Sales Agent – FMCG

Location: Nairobi
Our client, an FMCG distributions company specializing in supply of beauty products & household products is seeking a Sales Agent.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Van sales
- Meet sales targets and improvise aggressive territory expansion measures
- Prospecting and seeking new markets to increase distribution volumes
- Servicing new and existing accounts and territories
- Introduce company products to potential clients and follow process to deal closure
- Explaining to customers the range of products and pricing
- Distribution of FMCG products to retailers and wholesalers across the city and its environs
- Ensure retailers have stocks of company products at all times
- Manage client orders and ensuring all orders are sorted within timelines
- Client relationship building
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
The Successful Candidate MUST meet the following Requirements:
- MUST have a valid Driving license
- Experience driving in Nairobi and its environs
- MUST have FMCG sales experience (Sales of beauty products and household products an advantage)
- Aggressive sales skills
- Territory management skills
- Customer service and client relationship management skills
- Product knowledge as well as sales negotiation skills
- Be an outgoing person with great presentation skills
- Presentable and well groomed
